Matt came over as the most professional, was prompt in responses and kept communication lines going expertly. He was also clearly knowledgeable about the local market, and communicated in a friendly straightforward manner. I also was not bombarded with irrelevant, irritating emails and tweets. He was also very helpful in providing advice on the possibility of renting out the property, and I have confidence he will have liaised with the property managers to move this along. I hadn't considered Bensville as an option, but Matt's professionalism swung me into having a closer look. I am very pleased I did.
