We first met Matt at an open house we looked at. We had spoken to a few other agents with their appraisals and told Matt this. He never pushed us to meet up and a week or two later I wasn't 100% happy with the other agents and called Matt to give us his appraisal. Matts presentation was a lot clearer and top quality. We liked his sample of their gloss brochures to give to our protential buyers. It looks a lot better than printed on a piece of paper. Matt also didn't pressure us to sign anything ( a few others tried to get us to sign on the spot and as its a huge decision to make and could cost you lots of $$ with a bad decision) and once we made our decision after talking to my wife ( as soon as he walked out the door we looked at each other and said he is the one) Matt was also the only one that didn't just want a quick sale. I was worried that if we sold before we bought a house that we would be homeless. Matt listened to our concerns and said to get our place ready and then find a place first. Which is what we did Matt also helped us look for our dream house. It took us 6 months and a lot of time. Matt even helped us at a few auctions by bidding for us. The amount of phone calls I made to him during the buying of our house was crazy. He never once said that he was two busy to help. He was like a buying agent for us which we are greatly appreciative. So once we had paid our deposit on the house we were on the market the next weekend. Then we had the first open our ( 50 or so different groups through) . The price kept going up. Once my wife and I were happy it was sold that week. Mind you it was about $40,000 more than we expected. What a relief it was for us after a long 6 months. I would without a doubt reccomend Matt to anyone else looking for a top agent that will get you a top price. Without Matt there is no way we would be in this situation we are in now.
