Matt went out of his way to help us purchase our home. While looking we got constant updates of new houses that would fit our needs and once we identified the home we purchased he worked hard to make sure exchange and settlement happened as planned - which even involved liaising with the sellers conveyancer, getting the forms required and taking them to the seller in person to ensure they were signed. Matt was always happy to take our calls and would call back promptly when required. He helped us to arrange pre-purchase pest and building inspections and happily took us through the house on a few occasions. There was also a few items left when the seller moved out and Matt arranged for these to be removed by Bathurst Real Estate so we didn't have to deal with them.
