After a few years of contemplating potentially selling our house, out of the blue, our youngest child scored a job in Brisbane and we were suddenly a 4 bedroom house with just the 2 of us and a small dog. We decided to sell. Over the years we had been contacted by many agents in the local area who fit the typical mould of a real estate agent, mostly they did not seem “Genuine”. My sister had purchased a house where Matt was the selling agent. She could not be more positive about Matt and his helpful caring approach, so we gave him a call. We were already having a new roof installed when he called in to visit. We ended up discussing what else could be done to improve our final outcome. The house did need some TLC. We signed him up as the selling agent and within a couple of days the first thing he did was call us and then drop by with sample Dulux paint pots from Bunnings for the exterior painting. That was just the start. We moved out as the new roof had now become a renovation and Matts’ help was invaluable during that whole process. By the time the work was completed we almost wanted to move back in, but it was just too big for us. In the end, our house was sold for a price we were very happy with. Based on my sisters’ feedback as a buyer, and our experience as sellers, we could not recommend Matt highly enough.
