Matthew Marshall has an outstanding record. His success in the Real Estate Industry can be attributed to his uncompromised desire to achieve excellence in every aspect of his career. It was this desire to succeed that led Matthew to be awarded with two industry awards from ‘The Age’, as well as being crowned the Novice Auctioneer of the year for Southern Victoria, all within his first two years in Real Estate. Matthew has furthered his success by winning numerous residential awards as well as a prestigious Senior Auctioneer of the Year award at a special gala awards night held at the Telstra Dome in 2008. Matthew continues his dedication to his personal development by committing himself to learn from the best in the Industry. Matthew has had personal training from both Australia and New Zealand’s top professionals and trainers, as well as attending many workshops and conventions featuring experts from all over the world. Matthew has an abundance of local knowledge, having been born in Edithvale and growing up in Aspendale, and having family ties dating back to the 1940‘s when his grandfather was the local barber. Matthew and his four brothers and sisters attended St Louis de Montfort then later to St Bede’s and Kilbreda respectively, in Mentone. Now his daughters have graduated St Louis de Montfort and currently attend Kilbreda. Matthew’s reputation, expertise, client relationships and exceptional results have engendered intense customer loyalty with clients choosing Matthew to personally handle the sale of their property, not just in his specialty areas, but throughout the entire Bayside suburbs.
