Matthew is extremely knowledgeable, professional and very easy to work with. He is very transparent and he gives you great ideas about how to achieve best outcome. He is also very prompt in adjusting plans when things change. It was a very challenging and frustrating situation for me as Victoria entered a 2-week lockdown just before we were about to advertise the property on Domain/Realestate.com.au. Matthew called me when the government’s snap knockdown plan was first reported in the press and gave me suggestions on what we should do if the lockdown did occur. Matthew called me straight after the lockdown was officially announced and provided me with his plan B and C so I could have some relief. Matthew worked very hard and importantly, he gave me updates regularly so I knew how things went. The property sale in the end was very successful and I couldn’t be any happier.
