While not our real estate agent, Matthew was ever the professional, sincere, honest and great at communicating throughout the sale. He made what could have been a daunting first home buying experience during COVID and lock downs relatively easy and simple. It felt like he genuinely wanted to get the best for both us as buyers and his clients as the vendor, would highly recommend his services.

While Matt was representing the selling party, we has been good to deal also from a buyers perspective. Transparent and truthful in representing the property and selling process, prompt and willing to help with any questions we had.
