I have had the pleasure of engaging Matthew to assist with the sale of our Pyrmont apartment. From the outset Matthew had been highly energised, prepared, and demonstrating significant experience. On the first meeting he came in well prepared with facts and research, and was able to convincingly explain why he thought he could get us $100K more than the top end of another agent. He then went on to deliver $120K more. Not only that, but Matthew also organised the preparation activities - which was all great value and with minimum effort from us. All the trades did what they had to do, when they had to, and to the right level of quality. Finally, Matthew also kept us well updated of what is going on at all times, great communication and always available. In my opinion, if you are after a quality agent and driven by value rather than just the price point, you’ve come to the right place.
