Really happy with Matt!!!

After struggling to buy into the Pyrmont market for over a year we were very disillusioned. That was until we met Matthew! In October 2016 we narrowly missed out at an auction for a property that Matthew had marketed, and we were gutted. Matthew stayed in touch with us, made us feel completely comfortable that he knew what we wanted and told us that he would find us the perfect property. Having met a whole bunch of less than desirable real estate agents up until that point, we were still sceptical. But Matthew was true to his word. In March 2017 he gave us the opportunity to view a property being sold off-market, and within 24 hours we had signed the contracts. Matthew is exceptionally professional, has integrity and is a pure delight to work with. If you want a real estate agent who is interested in opening a conversation and not just closing a sale, then we cannot recommend him highly enough.

Good agent easy to deal with

We had been in contact with Mathew over a period of many months. He had kept in touch regularly updating us on local market conditions and ensuring he understood our current plans regarding the sale of our apartment. During one of those calls he mentioned that a recent local sale had not proceeded but the potential buyers were still very keen to buy in the area. We discussed price, timing etc and over a relatively short time Mathew had negotiated, what was then, a record price for the type of apartment we owned. He then managed the process of the sale with the overseas based buyers, using a great deal of initiative and keeping us informed at every stage. We would have no hesitation in recommending Mathew.

Matthew was very professional in his dealings with the sale of my apartment. He knew the market, which resulted in a quick sale of only five days. His after sales service was exemplary. We recently sold and bought appartments in Pyrmont. Matthew was our sell-side agent. During the course of our sale Matthew was professional, courteous and always helpful as potential buyers came and went.
