Matthew gave my wife and I a price on selling the house we lived in which we thought was fair at the time with looking at what other houses were selling for in our area. As we have nice views of Joondalup Matthew recommmended night time photos as the view with the lights of Joondalup looked amazing. Matthew also recommended improvements that could be made around the house to assist with the sale. On the other hand other things that I thought were important to fix, repair and/or replace Matthew advised not all of these needed to be done. Matthews advise and knowledge on selling of properties was excellent. Our first open house was on a night as Matthew knew the views were one of the winning parts of the house. We had over 16 couple through the first showing with 4 offers the next day. After the next open house 3 days later we excepted one of the first nights offers. The sale was smooth and we made above what our asking price and I put this down to Matthew, his experience and honesty with the team he has working for him.
