From the moment we first met with Matthew, how he conducted himself and the impression he left us with was nothing short of stellar. Following on from that, Matthew has been there at every step to answer questions, and has proactively made sure that the inspection and remaining settlement processes remained on track, and we were kept informed before we had to ask questions - an invaluable part of the process.
