Matthew was always honest, listened when questioned, didn't pull rank and big note and start telling you what he was going to do for you like another car salesman or some would say a real estate salesman, someone who just wants another vendor on his books to pump his tyres up. This was not Matthew. He had a difficult situation to deal with in the beginning with the sale of the house which of course I am sure happens everywhere for whatever reasons most of the time. And might I add I am a hard task master when it comes to Real Estate agents or anyone I think might be trying to have a lend of me. Matthew was always available to talk to, always returned any calls inmmediately but most of all kept me up to date with what was happening at all times, so there was never any doubt or reason for me to chase him up. Matthew sold my house with a conditional contract but had reason to leave the Agency he was with but made sure all contracts were in order before doing this. The agency he once worked for horrified me with their input in looking after the sale of the home afterwards. When the buyer could not get the finance without selling their home, then I went straight back to Matthew who also took into account how much time I needed before a viewing, knew everything that had happened previously and worked really hard to sell our home and the house was sold the first week he had it on the market. That tells a story in itself, I know it doesn't seem possible but Matthew seemed more like a friend than a real estate agent, not pushy, caring and most of all got the result because he is different to most but a decent Real Estate agent.
