Matthew helped the reviewer sell this property

Personable, professional and easy to deal with

Although Yan was my principal agent and I had less direct contact with Matt, every interaction I had with him was positive. I first met him during the property photography, where he was open, personable and immediately easy to deal with. Matt also handled a number of the more formal communications as the sale progressed, including updates around the deposit and settlement arrangements. These were always clear, timely and professional, which made the these stages of the process very straightforward. He was a reassuring and capable part of the team throughout, and my experience of dealing with both Matt and Hayeswinckle was a very positive one.
