Our experience with Matthew and Janet and the Noel Jones team was overall a very good one. The team was attentive to all our needs, communicated well and in the end, achieved a reasonable result. Matthew knows the Mitcham market and has excellent negotiation skills. A couple of times we felt that the promotion of the Noel Jones brand took precedence over the promotion of our property in both print (brochures were sent out with sold stickers before the property was sold) and online videos (facebook) which was somewhat disappointing, however the team was approachable at all times and we would without a doubt sell a house with them again.
