Matthew sold us a property in Neutral Bay. In general, he was easygoing and professional. He allowed us to view the property at alternate times as well as opening the property to tradies after signing the contract. He came to Neutral Bay office to execute the contract when we couldn’t go to Cammeray. In terms of price negotiation, I believe he had acted well in the interest of the seller.
