Matthew Zuccon

Matthew’s professionalism, empathy and genuine care are completely unmatched. There truly is nobody else like him. My partner and I recently sold a family home that had been in his family for 100 years, so this was far more than just a property sale for us. It was an incredibly emotional and difficult process selling such a deeply personal property, but having Matthew beside us made it that much easier. Matthew was empathetic and kind. He was patient and took time to understand all of our needs. It was a hard decision to sell and the level of care he showed us throughout, is not something we believe anybody could have given us. From beginning to end, Matthew made the entire experience feel incredibly personal rather than simply transactional. He took the time to understand what this home meant to our family and genuinely cared about us as people, not just as clients. His compassion, patience and kindness throughout the entire process were something we will never forget. At times, it honestly felt as though he was looking after us like he would his own family. Matthew went above and beyond for us in every possible way, and I genuinely don’t believe there is another agent who could have handled such an important and emotional sale with the same level of care that he did. He genuinely cares for his clients. I cannot fault him in any way. He is an incredible real estate agent and, more importantly, an incredibly genuine person. We will always be grateful that we had Matthew looking after us through this chapter of our lives, and I could not recommend him more highly.

From the moment we met Matthew and Ashleigh we were impressed. Very informative and professional. From the start to the sale everything was explained and the communication exceptional. Nothing was an issue and their guidance was greatly appreciated.

Friendly and professional and compassionate

Matt was responsive and thoughtful. He provided clear and useful information in a timely manner. He has an easygoing nature that we appreciated and would recommend.

Once again - Matt Zuccon exceeded my expectations! He always communicates on a regular basis and is contactable if questions arise. With this sale he also put me in touch with third party providers required to ensure a prompt sale. My property sold in under a week for much higher than I had originally sought as a sale price. I will always recommend Matt and will always use his services

Matt has been very easy to deal with so far. He has been proactive and responsive. The transaction has been stressful and seamless. Couldn’t have asked for much more from Matt at this stage. Ben is a little asset to the team. I appreciated his passion for the industry and is friendly nature. Both Ben and Matt have been great!
