Matty Bell did a great job in selling our house, he was recommended to us and he certainly lived up to the recommendation we received. He was with us all the way by first suggesting the price agreed to list the property (based on the recent sales in the area) to how to undergo the marketing of our property arranging a professional photo shoot at a time to enhance the subtle characters, his communications to us with all of the offers we received was also first class, until we settled on the final number he was in constant touch with advise and his sales opinion. Once the contract was signed he was again in touch at all hours of the day and night to make any outstanding issues in regard to building and pest inspections etc as stress free as possible.
