Matty Bell made the sale of our redcliffe house quick and easy. It was so quick he had multiple offers within a couple of days which he then negotiated with the multiple buyers and achieved a great result, getting us $22500 over what we wanted. We had a contract on our house only four days after hitting the market, SOLD just like that. Matty bell made the whole process easy by having the knowledge to answer all of our questions and point us in the right direction when it came to how to market and sell our house.
