I would just like to shout out to Maurice for all his patience and assistance with the settlement of my (now) land. The process from land viewing to offer to settlement was anything but straight forward, completely due to my circumstances and nothing to do Maurice. Regardless of how much of a prolonged and convoluted journey it was Maurice present amazing patience, understanding and assistance. We contacted Maurice to sell our property in Point Vernon on his knowledge and expertise of the local area, Maurice was around to our house the next day to market our house and get everything underway, his communication with us was first calls as he kept us informed for each transaction when negotiating with buyers, his professionalism was excellent along with his honesty , we had contracts from the first open home and Maurice closed the deal for us.
