Maurice Ellis

Maurice is absolutely brilliant at what he does. He is professional, trustworthy, knowledgeable, and genuinely goes above and beyond for his clients. I would have complete confidence in trusting Maurice with the sale or purchase of my home, and I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a reliable and exceptional real estate professional. He would be my first choice without hesitation.

Very professional in communications between all parties, including solicitors. His knowledge of real estate and his professionalism was exemplary. Would highly recommend Maurice to anybody buying or selling real estate. Thank you Maurice, David and Viv.

He knew the area well and communicated to us what was available and worked with us to find a suitable home.

Our parents had bought and sold through Maurice and Nicole in the past, and always told us to contact Maurice when the time came to sell their house. From the 1st phone call to Maurice needing advice for how to proceed, Maurice made the time to meet with me and answer questions. Maurice was able to meet all expectations in selling our parents home, from the beginning we felt confident with his market knowledge and ability to bring a buyer early in negotiations. He kept us informed throughout, and the sale went through without problems. Very satisfied, thankyou Maurice and Nicole.

Maurice, shared excellent local knowledge. He was always very professional and nothing was ever a problem.

Maurice handled the sale of our home with a high level of professionalism. He demonstrated solid market knowledge throughout the campaign and was consistently responsive to our queries. He kept the process moving forward smoothly and achieved the result we needed. We appreciate his work on the sale.
