I personal, have found 90% of agents to be at best rogues. Maurice is not one of them. He has an extensive knowledge of Hervey Bay's history, geography and climate. I would almost consider him a local. He was always easy to reach and/or return my calls promptly. Sold my property that day. Definitely recommend him to buyers and seller.
