Our sale with Maurice was very successful. We didn't get our initial price but I think our expectations were a bit high. Maurice kept us in the loop all along the process and guided us wether to accept the offers or wait. Over all a good result and easy to deal with. The sale would have settled earlier but the purchaser needed more time to sort the loan agreement with the Lending Institution
