Purchasing property at 6 Jonwest Cl, Torquay

We met Maurice one Saturday when we dropped by the office to put our names out there as prospective buyers. By chance he had a property that was open for inspection that day, we went and had a look but it wasn't for us. He did tell us that there was another property coming on the market soon and he would let us have first inspection when it did. We viewed the property and loved it straight away. His knowledge and professionalism of all things real estate was exceptional. His communication skills were brilliant and made us feel well at ease. He also went above and beyond when it came to other things concerning the property. His help was fantastic. I would rate Maurice a 10 out of 10 plus. Just a great experience for us.
