I cannot recommend or thank Maurie Walters and his colleagues enough for the way he setup, conducted and auctioned my deceased Father's property for me. Maurie organised a fabulous team to restore the house to it's top presentation for selling. He provided an experienced team who cleaned, removed mountains of rubbish, carpet cleaned, repaired stairs and the fernery roof etc so efficiently and at a very reasonable cost. The photographs were of such a high standard that house looked amazing, sharp and so spacious. The representation, copywriting, floor plan was perfect and the quality of brochures, internet presence and addition information re. rental accessment, comparable sales for the buyers was a huge asset in encouraging the interest on the house. Feedback was amazing. Maurie called me after every private inspection, open house and issue of section 32 to every buyer. I received weekly graphs of the property's performance on the internet. With this information I was able to have a total understanding of what I might expect at auction. It was so wonderful to have Maurie's empathy and kindness during the whole process. He understood my emotional feelings about parting with my family home. It was the end of an era for me . The auction day was perfectly organised and Jason Salam, company Director and a delightful, amazing auctioneer performed brilliantly, tenaciously and skilfully extracted every last dollar from buyers. Always gracious and polite to buyers, he thanked every one when they came to the top of their budgets. Additional agents were also there on the day to assist and encourage buyers. We were thrilled to receive $200,000 over the reserve on the day. Thank you so much Maurie and Jason for a wonderful experience and outcome.
