Excellent Communication

Max was great to deal with, and kept the communication open and timely. Was easy to talk to and had a great understanding of the process so was able to convey messages accurately between vendor and purchaser which was very helpful in our situation. Our transaction involved SMSF borrowing and was during the transition period after the rules overhaul by the government. Due to high demand on the lenders, the process was more complicated than usual, and due to Max experience and understanding of the process he was able to liaise with the vendor on our behalf to seek flexibility regarding finance clauses etc. He was able to provide reassurance to both parties during the entire process.
