This Man is indeed a ''No-Nonsense'' REAL estate agent, to be sure... He speaks and Delivers the GRAND TRUTH to both Buyer And Seller.... And How Do I know This??? Because I Have BECOME Both Buyer And Seller... I BOUGHT an apartment from him... And he SOLD my existing apartment as well... NOTHING is too much trouble for this GIANT KILLER of Surfers Paradise Real-Estate.....NOTHING. I must add that I was equally pleased with my purchase price as well as my sale price for both Properties. I have recently petitioned the Gold Coast City Council into erecting a statue of him in the Cavil Mall. And So It Is...
