I could not speak more highly of Max. A consummate professional with a strong suit in communication and rapport. Max was someone who contacted me occasionally to discuss the Gold Coast market - and always seemed a very good observer of trends and expectations of where the market would go. Naturally, when it was time to sell Max was the obvious choice. Max set realistic but optimistic expectations on the sale price - and moved quickly to court multiple buyers - and eventual sale price was 10% above advertised within a week of listing. As a seller you cannot ask for more than that. I would also note Max’s post-sale work has been excellent, liaising and organising with the accounts team for a very smooth transition up to and including settlement day. Would give 6 stars if I could - have worked with many and he is the best of the best in my mind.
