They had a marketing campaign developed that outlined the potential buyer demographic and examples of similar properties that were currently on the market. Throughout the campaign they communicated well the number of potential buyers and the numbers through my property. After each inspection they also gave me a rundown of who they considered potential buyers and why along with the feedback that was given by the potential buyers. With the many face to face meetings we had, they were always punctual and very well presented. They always got back to me when they said they would. The support they received from their executive assistants and team in their office was also very professional and appreciated by me.
