I thought Max was very professional. He of course had his vendors best interests at heart but was honest in his dealings with me throughout the process and I am very happy with outcome
Max and his team are hardworking and extremely efficient. Their market knowledge is obviously good. Max is in regular contact and the group posts ensure that everyone is up to speed. There were some frustrations with some buyers but in the end we were very satisfied with the result.
Max has delivered with great professionalism and expertise His optimism, confidence and knowledge of the market were invaluable for getting the property ready and sold without hiccups. It all went very smoothly and with a speedy and successful outcome.
Max has been great to work with, we originally met Max at a different property that ended up out of our budget, he went out of his way to find us something in budget, that met exactly what we were looking for and could not be happier with the result. He was very attentive during the negotiations and contract stage and made the execution and deposit a seamless experience with as little stress as possible. Thanks Max!
As an agent Max is the guy to pick to sell your property. He has the knowledge and experience, but most importantly, he has the persona to connect and work with you based on your needs. Never pushy and at the same time willing be a partner that advise you the reality. Plus, has the best team to support you.
Honest and no bsh**. Max is not pushy, honest & factual opinions. Nice and congenial to deal with.
Max made selling our home an absolute breeze. From the initial consultation to the final sell, his expertise and professionalism were evident. He went above and beyond to market our property effectively, resulting in a four-days quick sale at a price that is the building record. His communication was excellent throughout the entire process, and we always felt informed and supported. Max & his team were a pleasure to work with; he is a great communicator, efficient, reliable & an expert in the local property market. He guided us through our first property sale and the process was a breeze from start to finish. Thank you for the great result!
Max was outstanding - he brought his knowledge, professionalism, and communication skills to the table and I had a great purchasing experience as a result. He is a great listener and tries to understand your objectives and pitch ways to help achieve that outcome. He was also prompt in his responses and constantly kept me updated during the offer and sale process including to explain the process for purchasing and answer any questions I have. Thanks Max!
I've known max for a few years now and he has always been willing to help. His nature is approachable and his market knowledge is bar second to none. When it came time to sell our place he was 100% transparent with both the buyers & myself. More importantly he found the right buyer at a price we are happy with. Would recommend Max 100% and if we ever we're looking to buy or sell in the future within the area he would be my first point of call
From the very start. Max was very forthcoming and communicated with us very professionally. He listened and provided his knowledge. He understood our situation. Very fast and effective.
