Max and his team made the experience of selling our investment property stress-free, quick and catered to our budget. Max got us a deal that exceeded our expectations. Would highly recommend going with Max when selling your property! Thanks Max.
Max is a highly knowledgeable real estate agent, with extensive market experience. He provides a professional and personal service. While ensuing the best possible outcome for his clients. It was a very easy and efficient process selling our apartment with Max. Thanks Max!
Max was very helpful in finding us the right property after we'd been disappointed on a couple of initial offers. His balance between supporting both the purchasers and sellers needs demonstrates great professionalism
Max is very patient and great communicator. We spoke a few times before we had even commited to using him as our agent, and this gave us lots of confidence in selecting him as our agent in the end. He kept us in the loop at all times, helped us navigate the selling process with ease and overall allowed us to sit back as he proactively sought out offers and interest from interested parties. I would not hesitate to recommend Max to anyone in the area.
Max was incredibly open, honest, diligent and communicative throughout the entire sale process. I felt heard and understood, and always confident in his recommendations. I would not hesitate to recommend Max to any seller to entrust him with the sale of their property. Thank you for everything Max, and your amazing team!!
Max was fabulous to deal with. His knowledge, professionalism, and communication skills were outstanding. He achieved a fantastic outcome selling our property in seven days from listing. Max constantly kept us updated during the property preparation and during the sale, such that we were never in a position of wondering what was happening. He took his time when on the phone making sure we understand everything he was covering and answering every question we asked. It's was a pleasure to work with Max knowing he is someone who goes above and beyond in order to achieve the best outcome for us.
Max was great to deal with when looking to purchase a new home. His knowledge of the Rosebery area is impressive and could answer any questions I had. I would love to work with Max again in the future. Thank you.
Max was very accommodating and transparent throughout my property purchasing process. As a first time buyer, Max was very patient answering all of my (and my parents) questions, guiding me through processes I was unfamiliar with and making it quick and painless.
Absolutely go with Max and his team if you are thinking of selling a property. Max managed the preparation and selling process so unbelievably well, it highly exceeded my expectations, and he achieved a result beyond what I expected. I originally reached out to Max 2-3 years ago but I wasn't ready to sell. Max respected this and would check in with me a couple of times over the years to see where I'm at and give an update on the market. He took the time to understand me as a seller and was committed to keeping communications open until I was ready. It is solely because of this I decided to choose Max as my selling agent over other reputable agents in the market. When I was ready to sell, Max got working straight away. He is efficient and gets the job done seamlessly and without stress. He has everything lined up to go at the point you tell him to proceed. Max and his team's communication was always on point, transparent about strategy and progress every step of the way. Despite some challenges with my property, Max was confident he could navigate through to achieve a positive result (he does have a proven track record in the suburb for a reason) but also did not over promise which is what I appreciated. As much as he understands sellers, he will also take time to understand his buyers and what they want, this type of personal investment drives the best result for both parties. I can't thank Max enough for helping me through this process and achieving such a great result. Highly recommend you giving Max a call and he will guide you the rest of the way!
Max is so professional and easy to deal with. He knows the properties in Rosebery, Waterloo and Alexandria very well. My property sold less than 2 weeks in the market. Highly recommend him to anyone who thinking of selling a property.
