I recently dealt with Max who was the agent for the vendors I have purchased from. He is super friendly, easy to deal with, and clearly communicated his client's expectations. He was also very efficient and quick at responding and progressing things. He also is very knowledgeable on the market in the area, and sends out weekly updates which is probably one of the better updates I have seen.
