Fantastic working with Max! Despite him being quite audibly under the weather through the purchase process, Max was brilliant to work with - late calls, early mornings, even checking in with me whilst he was on holiday! Great service, keeping us informed throughout all steps (which was super important as first home buyers). Would certainly recommend!
Max was excellent to work with. He made us feel at ease which was important to us when buying our first property. He communicated information to us very promptly. Max balanced professionalism with friendliness perfectly.
Max was very friendly, helpful and willing to arrange extra inspections and information pre- and post-exchange.
Max was easy to work with, he listened to what I wanted, and responded accordingly. He was very good at keeping me up to date with what was happening and he was good to his word.
Thoroughly recommend Charles and Max - a great team - professional, appeoachable, and very good at maximising the result.
Max is the best agent I’ve dealt with. He’s honest and reliable which is exactly what you need from an agent. He made the whole process of purchasing the property so easy and was helpful with any questions I had.
Max has sold countless apartments in the Kimberley Estate in Rosebery, so when I was looking to buy an apartment in that development for my clients, there was no better person to buy through. He has exceptional market knowledge and knows the site inside and out. Definitely a huge value at to his vendors and any buyers. Always great to buy through you Max!
Proactive communication and smooth transaction!
After 27 years of living in Rosebery, we were ready to move. We've heard about Max and his professionalism that delivers good result. So, when time had come to sell our property, there was no second guessing for us and we called Max. This was the right choice. Max put in 110%, he kept us informed from start to finish. His approach to selling property is simple and smart at the same time, and he delivered the best possible outcome. Thanks a lot, Max and Lauren, for your effort. Much appreciated.
I recently dealt with Max who was the agent for the vendors I have purchased from. He is super friendly, easy to deal with, and clearly communicated his client's expectations. He was also very efficient and quick at responding and progressing things. He also is very knowledgeable on the market in the area, and sends out weekly updates which is probably one of the better updates I have seen.
Max did a great job selling my apartment, gave excellent advice at the start about presentation , styling, prep before selling eg new floor, carpet, paint etc. Well organised with paper work and specialist contractors and their team (Lauren in particular) was very supportive, knowledgeable about the process and easy to work with - that's important to me. Achieved a great sale price as a result.
We purchased our property and Max was the selling agent. We found Max to be efficient, effective and down to earth. He didn’t over sell and was transparent with us. We would recommend engaging Max.
