From the moment we decided to proceed with Max, he guided us through the process of getting the house ready. Within a day, he had a painter and gardener over to the house to prep the house for sale. He also brought in a professional styler to provide us with advice on how to make the house look more modern and appealing to buyers. Within two weeks, the house was on the market (and looking amazing, or so we think). Throughout the time that the house was on the market, Max’s communication skills were excellent. He was regularly in touch with us to keep us up to date on how it was all going. After every viewing, he phoned with an update on potential buyers.
