I wanted to provide you with some feedback and to let you know that I am very unhappy with the way I was treated by you. It is not acceptable. You continually commented on and criticised my character. You manipulated me, you bullied me and you shamed me. You made a time that was really difficult for me even more difficult by the way you treated me and made it a very unpleasant experience. You were always so condescending and pressured me into making decisions I didn't necessarily want to make. You continually told us that you were the better salesman and that's why you charged a higher rate of commission. Throughout our time of knowing you, you did not do 1 thing that made you stand out from anyone else. It was actually quite the opposite. If I questioned something or had a differing opinion to you, you laughed at me or made me feel stupid. The whole time it felt like you were never on our team but against us. You were more worried about your relationship with potential buyers than you were with us. I feel bullied and pressured into making the decision to accept the offer. I had already signed a form to say I was not accepting offers prior to auction and then when we received the offer, you threatened me that if we didn't accept then we would have to advertise the house for the offered price! I didn't realise this until after I was manipulated by you. You blamed me for the way you marketed the house and said that was the reason we weren't getting alot of interest and you said that if we had of marketed the house the way you wanted to we would've ended up with a better outcome. It's not ok for you to treat people the way you treated me.

Despite not selling at auction the first time, Max stepped up with professionalism and got the job done. Not only did he sell but he also paid for additional cleaners, advertising and furniture. Very happy with the outcome. Top job!
