We engaged Max to sell our apartment in North Sydney. After a very short 2 weeks we were very happy with the result Max was able to achieve. He was a pleasure to work with, brilliantly knowledgeable and very efficient with communication during the campaign. Really appreciated his willingness to listen to feedback and ideas, and had a great ability to politely steer us in a different direction if he thought something else would work better. Overall, a very enjoyable experience, we can highly recommend him and would gladly use him again in the future.

Max made the entire process incredibly smooth and straightforward. His confidence and approachable personality guided us seamlessly through the sale, and we were confident following his recommendations, backed by his years of experience. We were very pleased with the excellent sale price he negotiated for us.

I recently purchased a property for a client of mine through Max and the experience was great. Max was very prefessional, knowledgeable and a great communicator which helped provide the best outcome for both parties. Highly recommended!

I needed to sell with short notice while the property was still tenanted. I told Max and Max just did the rest. He negotiated directly with the tenants and saving me time and hassel and money. Property sold in two weeks! Happy vendor and happy buyer, I hope! Well, I bought the property from Max originally! Last but not least, The Agency has a fantasic property management team! They identify good tenants so the property had been kept very well.
