Max Wagschall
These are the attributes I need in my agent. Max Wagschall went above and beyond to be clear with the selling process. As a vendor, that’s important, to understand each step as we navigated the sale of my Chiswick unit. Being located outside their area presented no issue. Max did his homework thoroughly on the Inner West market. I was confident in his appraisal. The property was presented beautifully. Max was assisted by my property rental agent, principal Sarah Latham, Latham & Cusack, who handled a swift paint job and a fittingly relaxed & cosy interior was inspired by the furnishing stylist. It was picture perfect for the marketing campaign. As a result, the marketing attracted an early response with motivated buyer interest. Max’s communication with me was excellent. Not just emails, Max & I regularly spoke on the phone when new intel was timely. Call me old school, but that approach worked a treat for me. The campaign commenced after the Election. Clear air & headspace for clients seeking property. We had 3 clients actively negotiating by week 3. No need for the planned Auction, Max’s skills in sales were second to none. We had a very strong result prior to the end of May, for a comfortable 2BR unit, a little dated but nonetheless a gem in every aspect it had to offer. Max brought the sales magic. I was one very lucky vendor, with an exceptional agent & sales team. As a vendor, I live in regional NSW. I wasn’t able to be in Sydney for the campaign, but that presented no issues as the process was seamless. Having had past experience in rural property sales many years ago, I know what excellence is in an agent. As fate would have it, I found those attributes in Max, and can’t recommend him and Murphy Residential. To quote their slogan, “Results that move you”; yes indeed they do and it’s heartfelt.
