I gave Maxine a pretty hard task - sell multiple "non-pretty" houses in a not-so-great market, ASAP. Then Covid19 hit and it became, yet again, a declining market in Mackay. Maxine ran into that arena with a raging bull (the task), grabbed it by the horns, wrestled it to the ground and wouldn't stop until it begged for mercy. She achieved her goal in very difficult circumstances. She kept in contact, worked all hours of the day and night and did tasks that weren't in her job description. When one contract fell over she ran over and showed that bull what for, yet again. She knew the market and advised us what to expect - although it wasn't good. Maxine has a lot of experience and professional resources to draw on. She is a very compassionate person to deal with in such a testing time in my life. Thanks Maxine!
