Well Maxine had a great knowledge of the property and area, and as I had done a bit of research, our info all lined up. How ever I feel as first home buyers probably didn't hear from Maxine as often as I think we should have only hearing from her the first couple days to get offer in and sorted and then just before getting our keys. And I think that she should have done her final inspection without assuming we were happy with house ourselves as that should be part of her job as the house was left not quite to the same standard as when we went through the house on inspection day

Maxine was very professional from start to finish with the sale of our investment property in Mackay. There were challenges along the way but she persevered with calmness and caring, and found us a buyer.
