JP Dixon Real Estate of Brighton was engaged to auction a property in Hampton on behalf of the Administrators of a Deceased Estate. Meaghan was the key contact throughout process and was responsible for the production of brochures and signage, listing the property on the internet, attending the property on the days that it was open for inspection and dealing with the interested parties that visited the property, keeping us informed of the level of interest and any concerns that potential buyers may have had and, on the day of the auction, making sure that the Auctioneer was fully briefed, that proceedings ran smoothly and that potential buyers were identified and made comfortable. The property was sold at auction for a price within our range of expectations. We were very satisfied with the way that Meaghan approached the engagement and we found her to be practical, efficient and responsive to our needs and requests.

Meaghan was great when we recently sold our property. Nothing was too much trouble she even made the property look really nice for the photographer (my family thought I'd had it professionally styled).
