We were looking to sell an investment property that was too much maintenance but on a great block in a great location, but the market had been low. Megan got us the price we wanted within a week of placing the property on the market. Initially we were gong to do an auction which may have gotten us a slightly higher price, but as it was close to Christmas, she made the right decision to place the property on the market for sale.

Met with a few agents and chose Megan. So sincerely grateful... her presentation gave me confidence, I felt comfortable with her straight away, and she offered a very fair commission structure. Also, I rang her often with questions and she was kind, professional, so helpful with my myriad questions. I was anxious, really anxious! Yet with each interested party she was there to fully explain my options and negotiating power. Importantly, I received an excellent price, and when she promised to negotiate me the best deal in the very short time-frame I ideally wanted it sold, she meant it. My villa was off the market within two weeks and it felt great to be rewarded for all the renovations. Even if I buy in another area, I will be asking for her guidance and advice. A serious professional with serious skills.

Apart from early over quote on price, in the end got what we considered a very good result.
