Sadly over the years we have discovered whilst building up a property portfolio and now as we head towards retirement divesting it, that the majority of agents over promise and under deliver. They promise a fabulous selling price, then after signing and a few weeks into the campaign, we are asked to reduce the price to meet the market. We also discovered that the best selling agent in the area is no recommendation as this is usually due to reduced selling prices with the agent working for themselves and not for their client.
