Wonderful experience for a first home buyer!

As a first home buyer, the process of viewing properties and conversations with agents was rather daunting. After previously quickly chatting to Megan about another property and saying I wasn't interested, I ended up enquiring about Thames Street. She organised an inspection within the day, took me through again in the evening, then helped me purchase prior to auction quickly and without overwhelming me. It was a refreshing and very personal experience compared to what I'd encountered at other open houses and enquiries. She was always transparent, friendly and available for questions! She negotiated with me in the interests of both myself and the owners to achieve a price that was fair for all parties. Plus was great at following me up on all the details if I dropped the ball and forgotten to send through something. She then went a step further in helping me set up a management agreement AND even found some post on the sidewalk that had missed my box and let me know. Literally above and beyond, it's lovely to know someone has your back. Would not hesitate in recommending her to any potential sellers or buyers out there!
