We decided to list our duplex for sale and asked Mel to list the property two days later Mel came with the photographer to take photos and met a prospective client after the photo shoot and within one hour the property was sold. This is due to Mel having a list of prospective clients that are looking for quality properties on the coast which she matches two properties as they are presented.
