From the start Melissa was so honest and hard working as our agent, she kept us fully informed of the results of every inspection told us of every enquiry . She was fair with her advertising costs and with her commission. She had an inspection at least every weekend but was always respectful of our tenant and went out of her way not to inconvenience our tenant in any way. It has been an extremely hard time with the Virus and Melissa being a young Mum , but she did everything to see we got a Contract with an excellent price and no complications.
