What we liked at the very start was that Mel wasn't going to give us an inflated view of what we might get for our home as it was a very slow market - we really appreciated that as some agents give you a high expectation then tell you to drop the price a very short time later. Mel worked very hard for us as she knew our circumstances and time line. It took a bit longer to sell the house than we had hoped but we were realistic enough to understand the market. At all times we felt Mel kept us informed of the open homes and follow ups and went the extra mile to show people not just our home but the surrounding area as well. We want to thank Mel for making the whole process as painless as possible - this was made slightly more difficult for her due to us moving away from the Sunshine Coast while the house was still in negotiation. Highly recommend her and would/will ask her to sell our other properties too.
