From the beginning, Mel showed care both for the existing tenants and us, the landlord. Her due diligence proved very useful when the tenants prepared for the house inspections. Mel gave us an honest opinion about the market price and the cost of sale. She worked very quickly and found five potential buyers within two weeks. In the end, the sale price exceeded the marker price by %15.
