Never having sold a house before i was a bit wary of contacting a realestate agent as we all have heard the *dont trust etc* From the moment Mel from YPA walked through our front door all my worries and fears stopped. I have never sold a property before so i am extremely green in that field. I am 5 months pregnant and the task of selling the property seemed frightening and daunting.
