As first home buyers, we didn't have much knowledge how it works. Mel was so friendly and guided us almost every step of the way and even gave tips such as calling banks etc in case there's any hiccup. Mel was easy to interact with. Her mentioning concerns of safety, were the apartment I was looking at buying on the ground floor street side was what initially sold me on having her as my buying agent, with every further interaction just solidifying that desire.
