Just an all round amazing person and great real estate agent

I thought Mel was an amazing angel of an agent from our first meet at the property inspection. Her mentioning concerns of safety, were the apartment I was looking at buying on the ground floor street side was what initially sold me on having her as my buying agent, with every further interaction just solidifying that desire. She puts in 120% of consideration and effort into her dealings with her clients. She's incredibly patient, and informative - if shw doesnt have the info you ask for, she strives to find out for you. She amazingly hand-held me through the entire process of buying my first property, and explained absolutely everything I needed to know in depth. She even went above and beyond with assisting with things out of her work scope, like ensuring I'd connected gas and electricity, and explained the entire process of contract exchange, mortgage transfers, and settlement. As well as this, she truly goes out of her way to learn about her clients, their work and their home life, AND REMEMBERS! Mel has been an absolute pleasure to work with, and I HIGHLY recommend anyone looking to purchase their first property to go through Mel. If I am ever in need of a selling agent, she will be my absolute and only go to, and I have highly recommended her to friends and collegues looking to purchase their first homes in future.
