Mel is fantastic, I'm a 1st home buyer and Mel provided me with so much insight and guidance on the property purchase process, and shared her market knowledge openly. She's always available, is really responsive, listens, responds intelligently and does what she promises. Her help throughout made my purchasing experience as smooth, stress-free and exciting as it can possibly be. Overall it took me about 12 months of browsing, then 4 months of intensive property searching and evaluation to finally land on the property that Mel helped me buy. Some other local agents have been really good, but Mel is just a natural with her combination of vibrant personality, knowledge, organisation and follow-through. Her team also worked so quickly to align on anything we needed (paperwork, agreements, information, modifications, amendments, you name it), never got a delay. I never felt pressured to close, or rushed to buy, Mel ensured this was the right property for me. Having said that, once I'd decided to buy, Mel and her team's execution was perfect and on-time. If I'm ever selling or buying again, I would definitely call Mel first.
