I was super impressed from the very first day I rung Melissa from New Zealand. When I mentioned the address of the investment property Melissa knew the house exactly, confirming the colour and the location in the street. She emailed me through the requested market appraisal and marketing schedule within a few hours of contact and followed up with a friendly call to confirm it was received and to offer a further explanation.
