So in saying that I can give a general review of Mel in the contact that I had and can say that I would willingly deal with Mel and this Real Estate again. Mel was accessible, communicated well and attended to any request that we made relating to the property in a timely manner. Credibility and honesty comes to mind which is definitely attributes purchasers look for particularly when purchasing property. Local knowledge and market knowledge appeared also a strong point.
